Management Statemente of Policy
MCT, C.A. (MCT) is a full service manufacturing organization providing desing and fabrication of Gate, Ball to the Petroleum, Petrochemical and Natural Gas Industry.
The Quality System has been designated to comply with the national and International Standard, the Venezuelan Petroleum Institute (INTEVEP) , the International Standards Organization (ISO) Specification ISO-9001: 2000- Requirements, and the American Petroleum Institute (API) Specification Q1, Eight Edition; supporting the organizational environment which facility the economical and growth of our Human Resources, an ethical nationalist surroundings which contributes and develops activities we perform, in order to achieve our complete customer satisfaction.
Recognizing the need for a comprehensive Quality System as part of all operations, MCT has established this program which incorporates both a corporate Quality Manual, a Process Manual to demonstrte the suitability and effectiveness of the System; and Operations Manual containing detailed Quality Control Procedures and forms.
The Quality Program provides the utilization of written Procedures; the monitoring of all activities affecting the Quality of operations, processes and materials; the conducting of examinations and tests; the periodic audits and conducting Management Reviews for the continual improvement of the overall Quality program. The Quality Program also provides the identifying and correcting of nonconformance; the retainig of essential records; and, the providing of training to those employees with the responsibility of assuring compliance with the Quality Program and Specification requirements.
The primary Quality Policy is to ensure that it is understood, implemented, maintained and reviewed for continually suitability, to guarantee all provided products and services meet or exceed specified and implicit Quality, performance and reliability standards in order to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
MCT Vision is, to be a Leader Organization in Latin America, supplying top Quality Valves and just prices, mainly to the Petroleum Industry, Petrochemical and Natural Gas.
The implementation of, and the continued compliance with, the Quality Program including Quality Objectives Reviews shall be the responsibility of the Quality Director. He shall have the sufficient authority and organizational freedom to identify Quality problems, and to initiate, recommend and/or provide solutions to those problems with the unequivocal support of MCT Top management, at semester Management Reviews.

Quality Objectives
The Organization strategic planning and the Quality Policy provide a framework for Quality Objectiives, leading to improvement of the organization’s performance.
The Quality Objectives established are:
• Increase the level of client satisfaction through products supply which complies with the Quality Requirements established.
• Reduce the quality cost results of our manufacturing process through the implementation of preventive actions and the frequent qualification of our personnel.

These Quality Objectives will be revised by the support of MCT top management, at the semester management Reviews. |
