MANAGERIAL POLICY MANIFEST
M.C.T., C.A. (MCT) is an organization
dedicated to provide complete services of design and manufacture
for Check, Gate and Ball Valves for the oil industry. Acknowledging
the need of a wide Quality Program as a condition for all operations,
MCT has established this Manifest which includes a Corporate
Quality Assurance Manual, as well as a Working Manual containing
detailed Quality Control Methods and Procedures. The Quality
Program has been designed to fulfill the requirements of the
American Petroleum Institute (API), Q-1 Specification, Seventh
Edition, of the Venezuelan Petroleum Institute (INTEVEP), and
of the Standard International Organization ISO-9001, 2000 Specifications.
The Quality Program must foresee the use of written procedures;
supervision of all activities that involve the quality of the
operations, processes and materials; conduction (performance)
of tests and analysis; periodic audits of the whole Quality
Program; identification and correction of unconformities; keeping
of main registers; and training of employees responsible to
assure the accomplishment of the Quality Program and Specification
Requirements (Standards). The principal aim (object, purpose)
of quality, as established in this policy, is to provide products
and services that meet or exceed (surpass, outdo) the specific
and implicit quality assurance and fulfillment standards in
order to reach the total satisfaction of the client. The Quality
Assurance Manager must be responsible for the continuous setting
and accomplishing (completion, fulfillment) of the Quality Program.
He should have sufficient authority and organization freedom
(broadness) to identify (spot) quality problems; to initiate,
recommend or propose solutions to those problems being unmistakably
backed in this task by MCT Managerial Department.
