SIMULATION BANK:

MCT has a simulation bank in its premises to experiment with prototype valves the normal service conditions they may be subjected to. This bank is designed to work up to 100,000 continuous cycles, being capable to program the maximum service pressures as well as the cycle period. Here the valve operates automatically by means of a hydraulic actuator. The control board has, besides the controls, a cycle recorder, failure indicators and gauges to measure opening and closing pressures. Opening and closing times and torque indicators. With this bank we are able to analyze, through time, the performance of all prototype valve components, after being subjected to prolonged and continuous service. In this way we can optimize the designs and improve our product. Moreover, we can predict an average working life of the valve, thus satisfying client´s expectations.
